Shipping and handling charges are calculated using standard published UPS rates as shipped from 80239.

Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days.

Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

Return Policy

You may return any new, unused, uninstalled item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping.  We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Backorder Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.


Damaged Goods Policy

Please inspect all contents of your order upon receipt of the shipment.  In the rare case where shipping damage is evident, please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
